About the event
Over a nine weeks program (within the months of September till November 2022) we will explore with kindness curiosity and non-judgement the technic of mindfulness meditation.
Here is an example of the program offered. Each courses being self-tailored to the group. The sessions (75 to 90 minutes each) should be hosted by one of the participant in their house or can be done in my place depending on time and days. The host is responsible for creating the group which can be up to 8 people including him/herself.
Week 1: The attitude of mindfulness, definition and exploration.
Week 2: Practicing concentration on the body: exploration and introspection on different tools (body scan, yoga…)
Week 3: Practicing concentration on the breath: exploration and introspection on different tools (pranayama, yoga and observation of the impact of the breath on our inner-state)
Week 4 : Practicing concentration and developing the skill of pausing: sympathetic and parasympathetic system.
Week 5: Practicing concentration and discovering the tones of the mind: pleasant, unpleasant and neutral.
Week 6: Practicing concentration and discovering the content of the mind and developing proprioception.
Week 7: Practicing concentration and discovering the concept of impermanence. /
Week 8: Practicing concentration and playing with shifting attention.
Week 9: Practicing concentration and entering in a state of flow.
